Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and payment processing are managed by CareTransit FZ-LLC.
- Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled prior to dispatch of the assigned ambulance. Once a service provider has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply. - Refunds
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of service delivery and provider charges. - No-Show
If the patient or client is not present at the scheduled pickup time, charges may still apply. - Delays
Operational delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or medical circumstances. MediTransfer is not liable for such delays. - Payment Disputes
All disputes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the booking.
