Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and payment processing are managed by CareTransit FZ-LLC.

  1. Cancellation
    Bookings may be cancelled prior to dispatch of the assigned ambulance. Once a service provider has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
  2. Refunds
    Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of service delivery and provider charges.
  3. No-Show
    If the patient or client is not present at the scheduled pickup time, charges may still apply.
  4. Delays
    Operational delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or medical circumstances. MediTransfer is not liable for such delays.
  5. Payment Disputes
    All disputes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the booking.
